If your GP has approved your long-term medication on repeat prescription you can order in a number of ways:
- In person - hand the repeat slip in at reception with the required items clearly marked.
- By post - send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope and we'll post it back to you.
- Online - follow the link at the top of this page and complete a simple registration.
- Local Pharmacy - your local pharmacy can collect and deliver your medication to your home free of charge. From September 2nd 2019 pharmacy's will no longer be able to put your prescription into the Practice.
Please note we are unable to accept requests for medication over the telephone.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please request your medication three working days in advance. This does not include weekend and bank holidays.
